Introduction

The recognition of unmet mental health needs in primary care has led to a government initiative aimed at improving access to psychological therapies. This includes the introduction of Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs) who provide evidence-based treatments for mild to moderate depression and anxiety.

There are two levels of study available for those interested in becoming a PWP:

  • Graduate Certificate: Designed for individuals without an undergraduate degree.
